Comfortable beds made for good rest.
I was really disappointed by the absence of tea and coffee making facilities in the room, which would have added a nice touch to my stay. The lack of an active bar also left a void in my experience, as it would have been a perfect spot to unwind after exploring the city. I expected more amenities, especially as I was looking forward to a relaxing evening with friends.

Amazing location, lacking a kettle
Truss Hotel offered a lovely experience, with super comfy beds and a sparkling clean environment. The staff, especially Jessie, went the extra mile to assist us.
However, I missed having a kettle in the room for a morning cup of tea. Considering the superb location, it felt like a small yet notable oversight.

Had an amazing time with friends! The location was perfect. we walked to Central Park and the Theatre District easily. The staff were super helpful, offering maps and tips that made our trip smoother. The rooms were spacious and clean, and we loved the city views. Highly recommend if you're looking for a fun base to explore from!
One downside was the lack of an active bar in the hotel, which would have been nice for hanging out after a long day. But there are plenty of options just a short walk away.

We spent 3 nights here and absolutely loved the big, comfy beds and the spotless rooms! The sun terrace was perfect for chilling out, and we enjoyed hanging by the garden area for some fresh air. Just a small note, having tea and coffee-making facilities in the room would’ve been a nice touch, but overall we had a fantastic stay! ☕

I really enjoyed my stay at Truss Hotel Times Square. The location couldn't be better, just a quick walk to Central Park and Times Square. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, which I appreciated after a long day out in the city. The staff were friendly and accommodating, giving us great tips for exploring. Jessie at reception was particularly helpful, making us feel very welcome. On the downside, the hotel lacks a bar for evening relaxation. It would have been nice to have that option on-site. Additionally, there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room, which is something I missed in the mornings. Other than that, everything else was fantastic.

The room was super clean and spacious, which was a nice surprise. The king-size bed was super comfy, perfect for crashing after a long day. The bathroom had a nice big counter, even if it only had a shower. We had a street-facing room, so it was a little noisy with city sounds, but that’s NYC for you. Had everything we needed and the complimentary toiletries were a nice touch.

The location is fantastic, just a five-minute walk from a major square, making it easy to explore the area. The King Room is spacious, and the beds are incredibly comfortable, with generous complimentary toiletries provided. The staff stands out for their friendliness and professionalism, particularly Jessie at reception. The only downside is the breakfast selection, which could use some improvement in variety and quality.
